Thermal Printer Services Repair team offer 3 different standard annual maintenance agreements for your thermal printers anywhere in the UK, we offer an onsite same day service, an onsite next working day service or a return to base service agreement, alternatively contact us if you'd like to tailor make a service agreement to better suit your needs.
Maintenance cover is available on a wide range of thermal printers including Zebra, Datamax, Tec, Sato and Printronix, in fact we can repair almost any make of thermal printer.
8 Hr (Next Day) Onsite Maintenance Cover
This level of cover is extremely popular especially for strategic machines, our contract customers will have a fully trained engineer onsite next day from logging the support call (working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays). The annual maintenance agreement covers all travel, labour and parts costs (excluding consumable items, printheads and malicious damage) for any repairs that may be required during the cover period.
4 Hr (Same Day) Onsite Maintenance Cover
This level of cover is for mission critical equipment where next day is not an option, a fully trained engineer will be dispatched to arrive on-site within 4 working hours (working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays) from the call being placed. The annual maintenance agreement covers all travel, labour and parts costs (excluding consumable items, printheads and malicious damage) for any repairs that may be required during the cover period.
Return to Base Service Agreements
As with the 8 Hour Onsite Maintenance Cover this service contract covers all parts and labour (excluding consumable items, printheads and malicious damage) for any repairs that may be required. However this level of cover involves the customer sending their label printer into our workshop for repair and is not suitable for time critical printer applications with typical turnaround time of 5 working days.
