The Zebra ZT230 range of industrial label printers was introduced as the first step into the larger range of industrial label printers, replacing the very popular Zebra Z4M label printer the ZT230 range had big shoes to fill.
Zebra have clearly listened to customer feedback when designing this new range, they have built on the success of the legacy printers that this range replaces but incorporates a hinged bi-fold rugged metal cover to save space, a simple to use LCD display is also provided to allow users to change settings directly on the printer.
The Zebra ZT230 has a 4" (104mm) print width and a maximum printspeed of 152mm/s.
From a media point of view the Zebra ZT230 range of printers can take 450m thermal transfer ribbons and rolls of labels with a maximum outer diameter of 8".
For those users that want a more affordable mid range printer they should consider the Zebra ZT220 range of label printers.
